Fitness coaching, never medical treatment
Medication decisions stay with your prescriber
Conservative rules before optimization

Weight loss is not the whole outcome

Your plan should care about the strength you keep, not only the number you lose.

Lower appetite can make consistent protein intake and resistance training harder. Aleen turns those priorities into a plan you can execute — without pretending to manage your medication.

Strength is the anchor

Progressive resistance training is organized around your experience, goal, available equipment and capacity to recover.

Loads and repetitions guide the next step.

Nutrition that remains practical

Protein-forward meal structure and energy targets are kept coherent with your goal, appetite and safety state.

Food choices, not a punishment spreadsheet.

Adaptation is earned

The plan does not add training volume because a template says so. It waits for adherence, progression and recovery evidence.

Conservative first; more only when supported.

One plan across the journey

GLP-1 is not a yes-or-no checkbox.

Starting, stable use and the weeks after stopping can feel different. Aleen remembers the stage you report and changes fitness support — never the medication.

Read the medical boundary
01

Starting or recently changed

A more conservative training dose, protein priority and support for lower-energy days.

02

Stable on treatment

Progression continues from real performance while the plan avoids stacking unnecessary restriction.

03

Reducing or stopping

Aleen recognizes the transition you report and keeps the focus on strength, structure and consistency.

04

After treatment

The plan moves forward from your current data instead of treating an old medication answer as permanent.

Longitudinal, not decorative

Personalization that compounds with every completed week.

Aleen begins conservatively. It adds load, changes exercises or increases weekly volume only when your own training history supports the decision.

01

Your starting point

Goal, experience, equipment, training days, limitations, cycle context and GLP-1 journey.

02

What you actually do

Completed sets, repetitions, loads, meal adherence, progress, recovery signals and missed sessions.

03

What changes next

Progression, exercise choice, weekly volume, schedule and nutrition direction — with a reason you can see.

What is actually different

The intelligence is in the decisions, not the chatbot personality.

  • Training and nutrition plans are generated by deterministic engines — not improvised by the chat model.
  • The coach is screened before and after every AI response and cannot advise on medication, dose or treatment.
  • Pregnancy pauses calorie, meal and strength prescriptions; your prenatal clinician leads.
  • Busy weeks move the schedule forward. Missing a session does not automatically reduce your training prescription.
  • Every weekly change can explain the evidence behind it instead of claiming that every week is the same.

Evidence-informed priorities

Resistance training and nutrition support belong beside GLP-1 therapy.

A 2025 joint advisory from four major nutrition, lifestyle and obesity organizations emphasizes resistance training, appropriate nutrition, adequate protein and ongoing monitoring alongside GLP-1 treatment.

Questions before you start

Clear answers. No miracle language.

Is Aleen a medical app?+

No. Aleen provides fitness and nutrition coaching. It does not diagnose, prescribe, interpret symptoms or replace your doctor, prescriber or registered dietitian.

Will Aleen tell me how to change my GLP-1 dose?+

Never. Medication choice, dose, timing, titration, stopping and restarting stay entirely with your prescriber. Aleen only adapts non-medical training and nutrition support from the treatment stage you report.

What happens if I miss a workout?+

You can move or skip it. The schedule advances without turning one busy day into a judgment about your recovery or silently making your program easier.

Is Aleen only for women using GLP-1 medication?+

That is Aleen's deepest focus, but the training and nutrition engine also supports women who are not using GLP-1 medication, including different goals, equipment, experience and life stages.

When will the app be available?+

Aleen is preparing for its US launch on iOS and Android. Join the launch list and we will send one message when store access opens.
